We offer standard ground shipping through USPS. Customers spending $85+ on any order receives free shipping. Orders usually ship from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. It takes up to 10-12 days for the order to be delivered to our customers. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues, custom clearances, etc. If your order is delivered to you outside the mentioned time-frame, we will offer you a 15% refund in store credits. RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
