- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to info@yourcannabisbud.com along with your order number. If it is faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send the product back to us 🙂
- Not delivered on time
We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. It takes up to 10-12 days for the order to be delivered to our customers. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues, custom clearances, etc. If your order is delivered to you outside the mentioned time-frame, we will offer you a 15% refund in store credits.
- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. However, if you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after 12 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 7-12 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to receive your items.

Yes, of course! All orders include a tracking number after the order is processed (1-2 days).

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
- What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at info@yourcannabisbud.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@yourcannabisbud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
