How to make Vegan Canna Zucchini Brownies aka Pot Brownies (no music)
Delicious moist vegan brownies that are out of this world! 🚀🌟🚀🌟
Music version:
Ingredients:

Brownie
-2 cups shredded zucchini
-2 cups flour
-½ cup cocoa powder
-1 tsp salt
-1½ tsp baking soda
-½ cup canna oil
-1½ cup white sugar
-2 tsp vanilla extract
Icing
-2 cups confectioners sugar
-6 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-¼ cup almond milk
-¼ cup maragarine

Instructions:
-In a large bowl, mix together the flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
-In a separate bowl, mix together the canna oil, white sugar, and vanilla extract
-Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well
-Fold in the shredded zucchini until thoroughly mixed
-Spread into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and greased
-Preheat oven to 350° f and bake for 25-30 minutes
-To make the icing, combine the confectioners sugar, 6tbsp cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond milk and margarine with a kitchen mixer until smooth
-Wait till brownies have cooled to spread the icing
-Cut brownies into squares for serving
