Coconut syrup cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
200g sugar
200g flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Vanilla essence
1.5 dl milk
1.5 dl sunflower oil
1 cup grated coconut
Cake syrup:
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
grated coconut
Method:
Put the eggs, sugar,flour, baking powder, vanilla essence, milk, sunflower oil and the grated coconut into a food processor.
Line the bottom of 26cm springform cake tin with baking parchment and butter the sides.
Preheat the oven mark 160ºC,then put in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Method:
Put the cup of milk and the sugar in a saucepan, and cook on a medium flame until the sugar dissolves.
Now you can moisten your cake and finally pour the grated coconut over the cake.
