Ha ha, You can do any damn thing you want I guess. But yeah why wouldn’t
anyone just squeeze some oil or butter on top of their food? Because it’s
not cooking with marijuana, it’s adding weed to the top of food, this
series if those who WANT to take the time to make infused foods from
scratch and explore techniques. Also, this recipe keeps the cannabis,
increasing the potential THC in the burger and making more efficient use of
the source material than adding an infused and strained butter. I see your
point though I hope you see mine too.

Niiice. Would definitly serve it with mashed potatos and that gravy instead
though.
Although I’d use that gravy to make a real sauce by combining it with
bechamel sauce.
