I would highly recommend adding lecithin to any and all edible recipes. Even a small amount makes a significant difference. Lecithin adds a different level of absorption that you’re completely missing without it (like quite a bit of the thc/thc-a just passes out your poop without being absorbed).
Try a small patch of capsules, gummies, whatever edible and you’ll notice the difference.
I would recommend the powdered lecithin. I have the oil lecithin and it works great, but doesn’t store as long as the powdered.

Thanks! Its better to spread it out more so it’s evenly decarboxylated instead of having the top and bottm layer get the majority, covering the middle from the heat needed
